1. Who is responsible
The controller of personal data on IndustryUnfolded.com is RAPIDLIME s.r.o. (game studio brand Pulsaric), Lidická 965/31, Veveří, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 27753468. Contact for anything related to your data: [email protected].
2. Newsletter about the game
What we collect: your email address, the website language you used, the date and time of your signup and the version of the consent text you agreed to. A hidden anti-spam field is checked but not stored.
Why: to send you occasional emails about Industry Unfolded: Farming — development updates, playtest invitations, release news and occasional news about the game after release. We do not sell or share your address for advertising.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect emails sent before.
How long we keep it: until you unsubscribe; after that your address is deleted. If no newsletter has been sent for 24 months, or when the project ends, the whole list is deleted.
Signups made before 9 October 2026 were given only for a one-time alpha availability notification. Those addresses are used only for that purpose and are not moved to the newsletter unless the person subscribes again.
3. Who processes data for us
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and stores newsletter signup data in a Cloudflare D1 database. If we start using an email sending service, it will be listed here before the first newsletter is sent. Cloudflare also processes IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare is based in the USA; transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Visiting the website
Cookies: this website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie in rare cases, for example for bot protection.
Analytics: we currently do not use any website analytics.
Server logs: when you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request time is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and kept only for a short period.
Links to social networks: the icons link to our profiles on Bluesky, X, Instagram, YouTube and Reddit. Nothing from those services is loaded until you click a link; after that, their own privacy policies apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we will reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) — or the authority in your EU country of residence.
6. Children
The signup is not intended for children under 15. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Significant changes affecting subscribers will be announced by email.
